Storyboarding option allows you to create amazing stories out of your presentation, you can create layouts, add icons, shapes and many more, these options are quite not displayed by default within PowerPoint. But PowerPoint has this storyboard option inbuilt. To enable this options all you need is to install Visual Studio 2013. Visual Studio is from Microsoft and its not for free, although you can still try Visual Studio for a period of 90 days.
To download and install visual studio on your computer just click on this link. you may need to enter your Microsoft account Id(live, Hotmail, outlook etc.) to download and run the installer. Once the installation is complete open your PowerPoint program and you will notice a new menu added to ribbon, or if you right click on your slide you will find a storyboard option in the context menu.
